Contact our cellar team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details regarding the specific bottles you wish to return.
Quality Verification
For corked or spoiled wines, please recork the bottle with at least three-quarters of the liquid remaining for our sommelier to verify the fault.
Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original protective transit packaging to ensure they are shielded from light and temperature fluctuations during return shipping.
Refund or Replacement
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle of equal value.
