Dolin's red vermouth boasts a long and storied history, adorned with numerous prizes and accolades. Its timeless recipe remains one of our greatest treasures. This vermouth features a radiant coppery hue and delicate aromas of fruit compote, prunes, and walnuts, accented by grassy notes. Spicy undertones, including Szechwan pepper, emerge, followed by hints of almond, citrus, pear, and cinnamon, alongside gingerbread, tobacco, oregano, and hyssop. This rich bouquet is beautifully balanced by a subtle, bitter base wine.
